The ads still there though I payed

I payed to have the ads removed more than a week ago. They are still there!
I have tried the support, but I haven't received any help, no answers in a week.

I want the ads removed NOW or my money back.

Thanks for the refund. I would however have preferred having the ads removed. I did not receive any message about why they couldn't be removed.

So how can I pay and have them removed? Every time I try, I get "Session timed out".
