Taken Over

My guestbook has been taken over by some random people that I don't know, and I have never given out my password and made it nearly impossible to figure out. How are these people changing my guestbook? And it's happened twice already. This second time is what got to me - I am not happy. Whenever I try to log in, they somehow make it so my e-mail does not work, so I can't change it. What am I supposed to do? What can you do about this? :mad:

It looks like the admin's have no control over there system anymore. For it appears that each and every single customer of ultraguest's system has been hacked. I'm going to be leaving this service if it's not taken care of here soon. :mad:
